To Redeem Offer:

• Add qualifying products to your shopping bag/cart.

• Our sale/clearance section is permanently reduced end of line styles. These styles are exclusive of any further discount codes or sales. Most items maybe exchanged within our 45 return period*

2. Promotion Period: The Spin & Win promotion runs for a limited time only. Hotmilk reserves the right to end or extend the promotion at any time.

3. How to Enter: Simply spin the digital wheel on the Hotmilk website during the promotional period. Each spin reveals a prize, discount, or gift offer.

4. Prizes:

• Every spin wins a prize or offer.
• Free gifts are chosen at random and available while stocks last. Free gifts must be added to cart manually by the customer, apply the discount at checkout to be eligible, not able to be combined with any other promotion or discount.
• Discount code will appear on-screen for free gifts and percentage off discounts, if discount is not copied and lost, the prize is forfeited and cannot be replaced or recovered.
• Prizes and discounts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Prizes and discount codes are not in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be stacked

5. Gift Redemption:

• A minimum spend of $50NZD (or equivalent in your local currency) is required to qualify for a free gift.
• Customers must complete their purchase during the same session to redeem their offer.
• Free gift must be added to cart by customer manually and discount can then be applied in the discount box at checkout. Not in combination with any other promotion or discount.

6. Stock Availability:

• Gifts are subject to availability and may vary depending on region and stock levels.
• In the event a gift becomes unavailable, Hotmilk reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or similar value.

• One spin per customer unless otherwise specified.
• Any fraudulent, duplicate, or automated entries may be cancelled.

7. General:

• Hotmilk reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control.
• By participating, customers agree to these terms and the Hotmilk privacy policy.

8. Refunds & Returns:

• If an order qualifying for a free gift is partially or fully refunded, where the new order total drops below $50NZD, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
• If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.

HOW LONG IS YOUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Our sale strictly runs from 6am 18 November – 1st December, 2025 at 11.59pm We need to be firm on our dates, as a result, we will not extend the discount outside this period and will not be honoured for past purchases. When placing your order please make sure to double check your order details including the sizing and postal address and these will not be able to be updated once an order is placed.

IS EVERYTHING ON SALE DURING BLACK FRIDAY?
We will have 30-60% off everything, excluding Evolve. No further discounts apply. No stacking discounts.

WILL MY ORDER STILL BE SHIPPED QUICKLY DURING YOUR SALE?
Yes! We aim to have your order shipped within 48hrs, however due to Black Friday / Cyber Monday this may take us a little longer. Please also appreciate that couriers will also be extra busy so they may have delays on their end. When placing your order please make sure to double check your order details including the sizing and postal address and these will not be able to be updated once an order is placed.

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
Items excluding briefs and nursing pads bought during the Black Friday Sale can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of receiving your order, providing the item is in the condition we sent to you, tags must be attached, the items unworn and unwashed. For more information about our Returns Policy, please Return and Exchanges. *If you are returning your order for refund, any free gift must also be returned.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE:

All orders over $150 for the duration of the sale period will receive a free pair of MILKMAN briefs. These are while stock lasts so make sure you get in quick.

All orders over $120 on 21st of Nov 2025 only will receive a free satin pillowcase. These are while stock lasts so make sure you get in quick.

*If you’re returning your order for a refund and the new order total falls below the free gift eligibility amount, the free gift must also be returned.If the gift isn’t returned, the RRP of the item will be deducted from your refund.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT?
This will be our largest sale of the year and stock will run out. If you love a particular style we suggest you don't wait! Stock is limited! In the unfortunate instance, an item from your order is unavailable, it will be automatically refunded and the remainder of your order shipped without delay.

WHAT ARE YOUR SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
The promotional offer is valid only for the promotional period and cannot be backdated and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No other discount codes can be used in conjunction with the offer. Limited stock available. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Shipment over the promotional period may take some additional days to process, not inclusive of shipping providers/ delivery times.
