FAQ's: EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT POLICY
You have 45 days, from the date of your order, to decide whether your garments are right for you. Within 45 days you can exchange your items 'like for like' to ensure you get the right size.
Alternatively, to change to different style or color choose store credit. By selecting store credit, you will receive $5 extra on your return. Store credits are valid for 1 years, exclusive of the shipping fees, if applicable.
Items must be unworn and tags attached. Don’t forget to contact us if you’re unsure on what to re-order.
Bras and sleepwear are available for exchange. Exchanges are 'like for like' only.

Garments must be in the original condition with swing tags attached, unwashed and unworn. Items will not be accepted back stained or marked. Please take care to not crush contour/padded cups into small packages. These will not be accepted if cups are creased due to insufficient packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons briefs, swimwear and breast pads are unable to be returned. (Unless they were a free gift with purchase in which instance they must be returned with the product purchased. This includes free knickers and/or breast pads)

Yes, Laybuy and Afterpay orders can be exchanged using the returns portal, however the refund will exclude any Laybuy or Afterpay fees.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item/s. Please allow 10 days for return and processing (often tracking will state DELIVERED, this maybe to the central sorting facility before arriving to us). Once approved, your exchange , store credit or refund will be processed and email sent to confirm.
*Peak holiday or sales times may experience a slightly delay in processing times.
We have no time for ill-fitting lingerie, and neither should you. We want you wearing the right bra and feeling fabulous. If the size isn't quite right, send it back to us within 45 days so we can get you sorted ASAP.

Faulty garments
Hotmilk Collective products have a comprehensive three-month manufactures warranty from the original date of purchase. Issues incurred after this period are deemed as fair wear and tear. If you believe your item has a manufacturer fault and is inside the warranty period, please get in touch, and we will review your claim. If you have been sent the wrong item, we will issue you a replacement at no cost. In your communication, include your order number, a detailed description of the fault and a photo.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
If the fit isn't quite right, send it back to us within 45 days so we can get you sorted ASAP.
Exchanges: Exchanges are free for like-for like items. You may change the size to get the fit right, however, the exchange item must be the same colour and style.
Refunds: If you would like a refund on your total order, this will be processed at the price you paid during the promotion. This only applies to refunds for the entire order.
Partial refunds: The BOGO50% off is void for partial refunds. If the cheapest item of the two is returned, a refund will be issued at the price paid during the promotion. If the most expensive item out of the two is returned, this will be refunded at full price, minus 25% off.
