The FULL CUP is designed for the larger bust and fits cup sizes DD-G and has A-Frame nursing support. If you are smaller than a DD cup, purchase our REGULAR style which is side sling nursing support. S-XXL sizing is most similar to your clothing sizing. S = size 10, XXL = size 18.
