Returns Policy

 

What items are returnable?

  • All bras and sleepwear are returnable within 90 days for a store credit or exchange and 14 days from receipt of your parcel for a refund. 
  • Garments must be in the original condition with swing tags attached, unwashed and unworn. * Items will not be accepted back stained or marked, please care to not crush Contour / Padded cups in to small packages as these will not be accepted back in this condition.
  • Any gift with purchase items must be returned if you are returning the garments.
  • Due to hygiene reasons briefs, swimwear and breast pads are unable to be returned.  (Unless they were a free gift with purchase in which instance they must be returned with the product purchased. This includes free knickers and/or breastpads).
  • For LAYBUY purchase refunds, LAYBUY fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • A store credit will be given for the value of the item only, exclusive of the shipping fees.

 

What if I have a faulty bra or have been sent the wrong item?

  • HM Collective products have a three month manufacture warranty period from original date of purchase. (Issues incurred after this period are deemed as fair wear and tear.)
  • In the unlikely event that your item has a manufacture fault within this period please contact HM Collective customer service directly at:  support@hmcollective.com. and we’ll issue you a replacement
  • In your communication please include your order number, a detailed description of the fault and ideally a photo also.


Are there any charges for return?

  • We offer FREE returns to take away any hassle for you!
  • HM Collective will also cover shipping costs for faulty replacement items, please contact support@hmcollective.com in the first instance.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • HM Collective will also cover shipping costs for the new exchange items.



How do I request an exchange, store credit or refund?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the form above to look up your order.
  • Check your order and click 'Create Request' to begin your return.
  • Select the items you want to return and submit your return request.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


How soon will this be resolved?

  • We aim to process exchange and store credits within 2-3 working days of receiving at our Sydney collection point. Your exchange product will be shipped on the next available courier or a Hotmilk gift certificate with be emailed to you to the value of your return, refunds will be processed once the return is forward to us here in NZ (allow an extra 10days)
  • Please note peak times and holiday periods may extend the processing times
