How to measure your bra size

Firstly it is important another person measures you, as measuring yourself may not give an accurate result.

BAND MEASUREMENT

1. To find your correct band size,stand straight withyour arms by your side.
2. Keeping the measuring tape parallel with the ground, measure around the diaphragm directly under the bust.
3. The tape should be firm but not tight or pinching.
4. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.

CUP MEASUREMENT

1. To find your correct cup size,stand straight withyour arms by your side.
2. Keeping the measuring tape parallel with the ground, measure across the fullest part of your bust. This should be across the nipple area.
3. The tape should be sitting flat across your bust but not tight.
4. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
